- **Tell our story**: Tell Anchors story with creativity, whether designing a campaign for our care homes or developing materials that help residents feel more at home.
- **Create with impact**:You’ll produce multi-channel content that’s more than just good looking - it’s powerful, clear, accessible and aligned with our mission.
- **A team effort**:Working closely with colleagues in Communications & Marketing, you’ll ensure a national strategic approach to national engagement.

**Who are we looking for?**
- **An expert in design software**:You know your way around Adobe Creative Cloud — especially InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop. (Premiere and After Effects desirable but not essential)
- **Someone with a keen eye for quality**:You have a passion for brand, detail and the small things that make a big difference.
- **Someone bursting with creative ideas**:You bring fresh, innovative ideas to Design, while challenging conventional approaches.
- **Great at strategic thinking**:You’re not just creative; you use data and insights to refine and perfect your campaigns, always looking for ways to improve engagement and impact.

A degree in Graphic Design or a related field is welcome — but we’re just as interested in your experience, creativity, and passion to keep learning.
