**About this Role:
**The appointed Senior Quantity Surveyor will ensure the successful financial completion of projects, protecting any financial risks to the company, together with adherence to the commercial procedures of the Business.**
**Assistant Quantity Surveyor Duties Include
- Highly Developed Leadership Skills
- Assist in managing costs, suggest journal requests if needed.
- Review monthly management accounts and key performance information and see growth areas
- Manage data within the Company Inhouse Works Management System
- Respond to Client enquiries and manage disputes
- Create In-Contract pricing, estimates and quotations
- following through to final account settlement.
- Lead the overall management of commercial aspects of all contracts

**About the Company/Client/Project**:
This is for a Large Regional Contractor involved in a 5-year framework who is involved in highways construction and maintenance. The client offers the entire range of highway services, from minor works and reactive maintenance through to routine maintenanceand major projects.
