At Home Instead we value the amazing work that our Care Professionals do every day. In order to help you achieve the best for yourself and your clients, we offer:
- ** Guaranteed Pay Contracts** - Consistent minimum monthly pay of £728, £910 or £1137
- ** Flexible working patterns**:
- £10.50 per hour weekdays
- £11 per hour weekends
- £21 per hour bank holidays
- Paid travel time and waiting time between client visits at £10.50 per hour
- Mileage allowance at 30p per mile
- Paid holidays

- Minimum visits with regular clients of one hour or more
- ** Morning, afternoon, evening, weekend and night shifts available**:

**Job Description**:
Our Care Professionals come from a variety of backgrounds. You do not need previous care experience as we will provide all the training and support you need to ensure you are confident in your role. We will treat you as the wonderful individual you are and tailor our support to your needs.
We are looking for people who share our values and are committed to enriching lives through high quality care and companionship. We match our Care Professionals with clients based on mutual interests and allow quality time to care with minimum one hour client visits.
Responsibilities may include:
- Meal preparation and light housework
- Assistance with self-care and taking medications
- Accompanying your client to appointments or a visit to the shops
- Companionship
**Qualifications**:
- Reliable, honest and trustworthy
- Friendly, approachable and caring with a desire to help others
- UK driving license with use of own reliable transport
