We are a performance-driven digital marketing agency and the business is continuing to grow year on year. We are therefore looking for a Paid Search Executive to support the team as we grow.

The successful applicant will work directly under our Head of Paid Search, but will be working closely with the wider team to successfully deliver our service offering to clients. As an introductory role the individual will be required to have a keen interest in developing a career in Paid Search and actively put this into practice in this hands-on role.

You would be required to support the Head of Paid Search with developing strategic strategies and guidance for our clients across all areas of Paid Search. We want the individual to see this as an opportunity to develop their skills and career within the business as it continues to grow. It will be based at our Gosforth office just outside of Newcastle city centre, where we uphold a flexible hybrid working policy.

**About The Role**

Wriggle are looking for a Paid Search Exec. The role will involve being trained internally, and you will work closely with our Head of Paid Search, in order to manage a range of clients ecommerce and lead generation clients across a wider range of verticals.

You will develop your own portfolio of clients helping to develop Paid Search campaigns and clients relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Creating and optimising campaigns (Search, Shopping and Display) across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
- Ability to competently report and explain account performance and how paid search influences other channels with the aid of Google Analytics and Looker Studio.
- Ability to develop and manage paid search strategies across a range of industries in line with overall digital marketing objectives.
- Keep up to date with industry trends to stay ahead of the competition and to inform decision making for client accounts
- Confidently and accurately present results, findings and recommendations to clients in meetings and other client communications.

**Required Skills**:

- Able to communicate effectively with clients and other departments internally in order to develop new ideas and utilise our skills as a team to create compelling and unique work.
- Conduct keyword research in order to create targeted ads
- Keen understanding and ability to implement smart bidding strategies
- Have an analytical mind with a view to providing insights and continuous improvements in Paid Search
- An overall passion for achieving results through Paid Search and Digital Marketing as a whole

**Required Experience & Qualifications**
- 12+ months experience in a similar role (preferably on the agency side) with hands on experience of Google and Microsoft Ads
- Understanding of Google Analytics and other web analytic tools.
- Degree level educated or equivalent experience desired

**Salary: Basic Salary of £20K - £25K DOE + Perks**
