**We are seeking an experienced temporary Nursery Cook to join our home from home team.**
- Prepare Snacks and Meals for the children
- Ensure all allergen and dietary requirements are adhered to
- Undertake regular deep cleans of their working kitchen
- Hold a level 2/3 health & hygiene qualification
- Have 1 years experience in similar role
- To ensure the kitchen and serving areas are maintained to the highest standards in terms of presentation and cleanliness.
- Be confident in their ability to provide nutritious meals for up to 61 children per day
- Work alongside Management team to prepare healthy menus for lunch and tea time
- To be able to undertake any further duties assigned by the Nursery Manager in relation to the kitchen, meals, serving and cleanliness.
- Be passionate about preparing fresh, balanced, nutritious meals

**Essential to role**
- A positive attitude
- Level 3 Food and Hygiene qualification
- A team player
- Effective communication skills
- Knowledge of basic health and safety and food safety
- Willingness to undertake further training as required
- COSHH Knowledge

**Hours for this job role are as follows**:
Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.

**Salary**: £7.00-£9.50 per hour
