Whilst previous courier work would be beneficial, it is not mandatory as training and support will be provided to help new drivers settle in.

Previous customer service experience is required; we hold a high standard to give our customers the best experience possible, and to do this our team must be kind, respectful and friendly.

Communication is essential. You must efficiently liaise with the warehouse team when facing any problems, and while they will try their best to support you, when the issues are out of their control, problem solving skills must be used by you.**Available Opportunities**

Self-Owned Van (must be 100% electric): You will be required to provide your own van to carry out the work. You must obtain the correct insurance to be able to carry out the work.

Company Vehicle - Electric Van: We will provide you with a vehicle to carry out the work.**Working Hours**

We operate 7 days a week between 8:00am - 10:00pm (shift start times may vary).

Morning shift start times: between 8:00am - 11:00am.

Evening shift start times: between 5:00pm - 6:00pm.

Reliability is key; you are required to be at your collection point at your shift start time.**Rates**

Dependent on vehicle ownership (Self-Owned/Company), you will be paid a daily fixed rate for up to a certain number of parcels, followed by a fixed per parcel rate you successfully deliver. Payments are processed weekly in arrears via BACS to a bank account of your choice. This will be discussed in more detail via a call with a member of our team.**Equipment/Documentation Required**

You will need to have access to a smartphone as you will be required to download an app, either from the Google Play store for Android users, or the Apple Store for iPhone users. The app will allow you to access your work orders and mark off your deliveries in real time. A data plan necessary.

**Van Drivers**: At minimum, you need a current Full UK Driving Licence with no more than 6 points.
