We’re looking for individuals who bring fun energy to the team and aren’t afraid of a little hard work. Our team will not only be friendly, outgoing and confident, they will be well presented and well spoken. Individuals must provide an excellent guest drinking experience and be able to provide classic and innovative drinks exceeding guests’ needs and expectations. Most importantly you must be willing to have a great time with our guests and learn and grow within the company.

**Responsibilities**

Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets the legal drinking age
Serve drinks to customer specification to customers in a friendly and helpful manner
Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
Ensure all products are served according to specs
Following correct bar operating procedures
Adhere to strict cleanliness guidelines and health & safety procedures
Have a general awareness of Health and Safety in relation to all tasks and activities undertaken
Be fully conversant with the Company hygiene policy
