Bristol, United Kingdom Bristol City Council Full time

**Full Time, Fixed Term until 31st March 2026.**

**Safer Communities Team - Bristol City Council.**

This is an exciting opportunity to join the operational arm of the Safer Communities Team - the Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) Team - where you’ll play a vital role in developing and delivering partnership-based problem-solving action plans. These plans will be created through the statutory ASB Case Review process and via referrals from internal and external partners.

Tackling anti-social behaviour is a key priority for Bristol City Council, and we’re looking for a passionate and proactive individual to help us make a difference.

We’re seeking someone with:

- Experience working in a setting that deals with anti-social behaviour.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation, tools, and powers.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across agencies and with diverse stakeholders.
- A commitment to supporting victims and witnesses and improving the quality of life for communities affected by ASB.

You’ll need to be confident working independently, using your initiative to find creative and effective solutions to complex ASB cases. You’ll also provide expert advice, guidance, and support to colleagues, partners, and stakeholders.

Due to the nature of the role, flexibility is essential. You may be required to work evenings and weekends to respond to community needs and support operational delivery.

**Why Bristol City Council?**

At Bristol City Council, we go that extra mile for our people; we offer a work environment which is fast moving and supportive, giving you the chance to use your skills and develop new ones within a high-profile organisation. For the majority of our roles hybrid working arrangements are available, giving teams the opportunity to work in a way that suits them, balancing service need and individual choice - mixing both home and office working.

Join us and you’ll receive an excellent rewards package including flexible working and flexitime, membership of the Local Government Pension scheme, and a generous annual leave allowance. In addition, you’ll be working in a supportive environment where you’ll have the chance to make Bristol a better place and contribute to its future.

**How do I apply?**

Any job applicants who consider themselves to be disabled and meet the essential criteria in the Person Specification are guaranteed an interview. We'll make reasonable adjustments throughout the interview process and provide continued workplace support throughout your career.**
