Visitors to our stores can also choose from over 7,000 cars available on our website and app - the same choice as customers browsing and buying online from home. Customers can have their car delivered to their home, or pick it up from a local collection centre or in-store.

**You**:
You will be responsible for pushing car sales through process to completion, to be handed over to customers.

**Role Accountabilities**:

- Organise handover cars
- Manage all cars due to leave, including managing all documents;Valet/QC/Mechanical checks and making sure they are present
- Organise all sold cars for movements to HUB or out for delivery to customers
- Manage delivered cars through QC and co-ordinate delivery notes with Administrators to book into stock
- Action any issues with stock e.g. damage, flat tyres, low fuel etc
- Organise a full pitch at all times
- Ensure all sold cars are in the correct areas

- Great organisation
- Ability to handle pressure and meet time sensitive deadlines

- Excellent communicator
- 'Can-do' attitude
- Ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and colleagues
- Must have a valid Full UK Driving Licence
