As a Care Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to our residents.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide compassionate, person-centred care and support
- Assist with personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting
- Support residents with mobility and mealtimes
- Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation
- Maintain accurate care records and report concerns to senior staff
- Promote dignity, independence, and wellbeing always
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and families to ensure the best outcomes
**About You**
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has previous care experience (desirable but not essential)
- Holds a Level 2 qualification in Health & Social Care (desirable but not essential)
- Is kind, patient, respectful, and empathetic with a genuine passion for supporting others
- Communicates well, works effectively in a team, and is committed to high standards of care
- Can work independently and as part of a team
- Is comfortable with personal care tasks
