**We’re looking for self-motivated, confident and resilient sales people, to represent Weldmar Hospicecare, in the community promoting and securing recurring donations.**

As a Face to Face Fundraiser, you’ll be going door to door and based at venues/events, meeting and engaging with members of the public, using your excellent communication skills to secure financial support through our lottery or regular giving products.

This role is ideal for individuals with experience in direct sales, such as utilities or other sales sectors, as well as those with a background in fundraising or face-to-face marketing. No formal qualifications are needed, as we provide comprehensive training covering compliance, fundraising regulations, and charity-specific knowledge.

You’ll have a track record of great customer service and meeting targets. As an ambassador for the charity, you’ll use your knowledge of our services to maximise conversions.

You’ll manage your own diary flexibly to meet achievable targets.

- Rated Outstanding by the CQC_, Weldmar Hospicecare provides specialist care to adults in Dorset with a life limiting illness, and support to their loved ones. This care is given in the comfort of patients’ own homes, in the community, and at our Inpatient Unit in Dorchester. All care is provided free of charge and mainly funded by the continued support of our local community, via fundraising initiatives and events, our retail chain, and gifts left in wills, enabling us to raise the £27,500 we need every day to keep our services going.
