Stanton House are working with one of the leading consumer goods companies who are a fast growing business to fill the role of Commercial Finance Business Partner. The role will report directly to the Head of Commercial Finance and will include managing forecasts of accounts, reporting, building joint business plans with customers, driving efficiency, developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the commercial side of the business, as well as lots of senior exposure.

This opportunity will be a great fit for an ambitious individual who is looking to join a business dominating the market on an international level and be a part of an ambitious team that is taking the organisation on an exciting journey both at global and regional levels. It will be perfect for an individual who is keen to work hard and get their hands dirty in a fast paced environment. This role allows the right person with a can do attitude to grow and progress as well as get a breadth of experience.
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified
- Ambitious to learn
- Show an interest in the business outside of finance functions
- Have good communication skills and be collaborative
- Confident with the ability to change approaches based on stakeholders
- Proven experience of ability to prioritise
- Comfortable to work with ambiguity

Responsibilities shall include but not be limited to;
- Building joint business plans with customers
- Managing projects
- Reflecting and reporting on your accounts
- Responsibility for managing and reviewing forecasts
- Detect underlying tasks to drive efficiency that will be split throughout the team
- Building and maintaining key stakeholder relationships
