Our portfolio showcases a range of hotels, luxury lodges or self catering accommodation to suit a wide demographic of holiday maker or business traveller.

We have vacancy for joint role - housekeeping and front of house; offering variety in your day. We will consider applicants interested in only both House Keeping and Front of House.

We are currently seeking dedicated individual to join our hotel staff team. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay for our guests. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Job outlined;
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of guest rooms and common areas
- Restock supplies in guest rooms and public areas as needed
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out processes
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in multiple languages is a plus
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

**Job Types**: Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: £11.44-£12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
