At Bolt King, we specialise in Special Fasteners, Special Bolts, Special Nuts, Certified Fasteners, in a wide variety of carbon, stainless and nickel alloys.

We are looking for **Two** Setter Operators for our manual section, to join our day shift, which runs from 07:30 - 16:00, 5 days a week, Monday - Friday. 2 x 15 Min Breaks, 30 mins unpaid meal break

You will be operating manual Capstan Lathes, manufacturing Bolts, Nuts, Socket Capscrews, Studbolts, and other special fasteners. Occasionally performing other duties, CNC operating, Thread Rolling, Grinding as well as packing / counting / stamping.

**Skills Required**:

- Ability to monitor the running of machines, efficiently loading / unloading with minimum down-time.
- Working to tight tolerances**:

- **ability to monitor quality of own production, using Vernier and Micrometer Gauges.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Have the ability to read engineering machining drawings
- A minimum of 3 years machining
- Communicate effectively with team members.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Keep work areas clean and follow company procedures.
- **CNC experience would be an advantage.**

Pay: From £13.00 per hour
