**Location**:Across Campuses & Community Locations (Driving Licence Required or Preferable)

The Trafford & Stockport College Group (TSCG) has an opportunity for a passionate and skilled Flex Tutor with expertise in the arts to lead and inspire learners. This role involves delivering approximately 12 hours of teaching each week, covering a diverse range of community and Art & Creative classes. These courses run in 8, 10, and 11-week blocks, rolling on continuously throughout the year.

**The Role**:

- Deliver engaging and practical lessons across a range of artistic mediums including Acrylic Painting, Charcoal Drawing, Watercolours, Art & Craft Making, Upcycling, and Intermediate Drawing.
- Plan and deliver classes that cater to a wide range of abilities, from beginners to intermediate learners.
- Teach across multiple campuses and in community settings, with a focus on accessibility and inclusivity.
- Foster a supportive, creative, and inspiring learning environment that encourages students to explore their artistic potential.
- Collaborate with the wider team to develop course content, materials, and assessment methods.

**About you**:

- Proven experience and expertise in teaching various art forms, including Acrylics, Charcoal, Watercolours, Upcycling, and more.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners of all levels.
- Flexibility to work across different campuses and community locations.
- A valid driving licence is required (or preferable) due to the need to travel between locations.
- Passion for the arts and creativity, with the ability to share this enthusiasm with others.
