Roles and Responsibilities:

- Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons that meet the needs of students with additional learning needs
- Assisting with the planning and preparation of lessons and activities tailored to the specific needs of students with additional learning needs
- Providing one-to-one support to students who require extra assistance
- Supporting students with special educational needs or disabilities (SEND) to help them fully engage in the learning process
- Helping to maintain a safe and positive learning environment for all students

- Previous experience working as an Additional Learning Needs Teaching Assistant
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
