**Summary**
As a 10 Hour Temporary Retail Store Assistant, you will be a vital part of our team, providing excellent customer service and support in a fast-paced retail environment. Utilize your core communication skills to assist customers effectively and ensure a positive shopping experience. Your premium skills in merchandising and being multilingual will enhance our store's visual appeal and cater to diverse customer needs. With relevant skills in time management, phone etiquette, and basic maths, you will contribute to the smooth operation of the store. **Responsibilities**
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, purchases, and returns.
- Utilize computer literacy skills to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Utilize communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively.
- Implement merchandising techniques to enhance product displays and attract customers.
- Utilize multilingual abilities to assist diverse customer base.
- Uphold store standards by organizing merchandise and maintaining a clean and inviting store environment.
**Qualifications**
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to speak multiple languages such as Spanish
- Prior experience in merchandising is a plus
- Proficiency in English and basic math
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Familiarity with computer systems and ability to learn new software
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred
**Job Type**: Part-time
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
