Limavady Printing Company is a long established family run business specialising in print and stationery. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team in the position of Temporary Accounts Administrator covering Maternity Leave.

The role will encompass the following:
providing financial, clerical and administrative support to the company

coding and recording purchase invoices.

Supplier Statement Reconciliations

Matching purchase order, delivery notes and invoices

Ensure purchase invoices are processed promptly and accurately

Obtain appropriate authorisation of invoices

recording payments

HR administration

Reception cover when required.
