**About this role**

Are you looking for your first or next step into the world of Front of House Management? This role offers you a great opportunity to gain key skills in areas such as front of house operations, supervising a team, being a role model for outstanding customer service, forecasting and planning, resolving problems and building relationships.

This Supervisor role is undertaken as part of an 18 month Apprenticeship. Our thorough month-by-month training plan will give you first-hand experience in Front of House Management, developing and learning a multitude of skills along they way. Alongside this you will study with a training provider learning the theory to be able to put it into practice in your working day.

If you are someone with excellent communication and organisational skills, a passion for managing and inspiring a diverse team and a curiosity to drive and deliver an exceptional visitor welcome this role is for you. This qualification/Apprenticeship is an ideal progression route for your career in leadership and management within the Arts & Gallery sector and many others.

**About you**

You’ll be looking to start or develop your experience in Front of House management. You will need to be keen to learn as there will be thorough training on each of the responsibilities of the role and lots of opportunities to practice and develop your skills. If you need extra support with learning, please tell us how we can help so that we can make sure you’re set up for success.

You will be a fantastic communicator, very organised with the ability to problem solve in an often fast-paced environment. You’ll have a passion for driving business success, delivering a fantastic visitor experience, and a strong desire to be a role model to others.
