TeamJobs are looking for an Administrator to join an awesome company, who are the leading provider in their sector. The company have been through a period of growth and are now looking for another person to join the team, to provide sales administrativesupport through a variety of tasks related to communication and organisation.
The position is based at their head office in Ferndown, Dorset & the role will be reporting to the Sales Manager.
The Salary for this role is between £22,000 to £24,000 per annum DOE

This role involves:
- Chasing quotes as appropriate
- Working with technical/sales staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs
- Handling the control of literature stocks and requests
- Managing Lead / Opportunity generation through ABI market lead system
- Managing the control of client lists and company database
- Ensuring that the data is accurately entered and managed within the company’s database management system
- Tracking and recording activity on accounts and helping to close deals to meet these targets
- Working with the sales staff to ensure that prerequisites are fulfilled within a timely manner
- Researching and developing a thorough understanding of the company’s people and capabilities
- Researching and building relationships with new clients
- Understanding the company’s goals and purpose to continually enhance the company’s performance
