Shard Solutions Ltd is a family run window & door installation business based in Surrey, with a head office & warehouse in South Godstone and a showroom in Caterham Valley. We are now looking to expand our ever-growing team and looking for individuals with a similar mindset and hardworking ethic to enhance and add value to the Shard working environment.

The role is for an Installation Co-Ordinator to support the warehouse and fitting teams; main duties are, managing goods in & out from the warehouse, and ensuring all projects are installed to the highest of standards, on time, safely and to our customers full satisfaction. This role is working from our warehouse in South Godstone, and field based whilst supporting the fitting teams across Surrey, Sussex & Kent. Knowledge on how to install windows & doors is essential for this role. You will be working with the most premium glazing products in the UK such as Origin, Liniar & Masterframe to name but a few.

Job role and duties will include:

- Being the first point of contact for customers; holding ownership of service delivery, spending most of your time visiting installation projects to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
- Ensuring company policies, procedures and associated health & safety requirements are adhered to.
- Attracting, selecting, and managing the installation teams, ensuring vans and equipment are properly maintained to the highest standard, uniforms are well kept and presentable.
- Liaise directly with customers and deal with installation related queries.
- Managing deliveries in & out of the warehouse.
- Making sure the fitting teams are equipped with the correct supplies to fit each project.

Knowledge, skills & experience required:

- An understanding of the installation process for windows, doors, or similar products is essential.
- UK full clean driving licence.
- Excellent communication and people skills: being able to converse with customers, internal installation teams and management staff is key.
- The ability to multitask and be organised in a busy environment.
- To use own personal experience and common sense to find solutions to issues that may arise and deal with accordingly.

**Salary**: £32k+ experience dependant
