- Stay updated on current culinary trends and techniques related to sushi preparation

- Knowledge and experience in sushi preparation and presentation
- Proficient in various sushi techniques, such as rolling, cutting, and garnishing
- Excellent knife skills and ability to handle raw fish safely
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team member and take customer orders
