This is a rare opportunity to become part of the Home Instead Oxford team, supporting older people with their daily routines. This can include companionship, administering medication, food preparation and supporting with personal care. We offer our clients a **minimum of one-hour visit **and serve the Oxford, Kidlington, Witney, Carterton & Burford areas, along with the surrounding villages.

We are currently recruiting for a **Field Supervisor** to join our growing office team. This role is predominately office based, supporting our ever-growing number of Care Professionals and clients to achieve the best possible care.

This is a part-time role. We are open to discussing how many hours and what days this looks like.

**The Field Supervisor role can include**:

- Delivering hands on care to clients
- Supporting and mentoring our Care Professionals in the community
- Developing person centred care plans
- Facilitating consultations with potential new clients
- Reviewing clients needs
- Participating in the on-call rota

**Requirements for the role**:

- Full driving licence and access to your own vehicle (required)
- 12 months experience in the home care sector (preferred)

Please note: the internal name for this role will be Care Services Supervisor.
