**Job Description**:

- ** Job Title**: Production Operator (FAV)
- ** Job Type**:Permanent
- ** Hours**:Full time -** **37.5 hours per week
- ** Job Location**:Deeside, Flintshire

**Main Responsibilities**:
You will be following established GMP procedures and processes to manufacture flavour standard capsules, Working as part of a small team to achieve the production plan but maintaining a right first-time philosophy.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Completing and reviewing production documentation, entry / usage log books and following production process to GMP standards.
- Maintaining an up-to-date training file.
- Following GMP SOP’s and procedures.
- Setting up of GMP rooms and equipment according to SOP’s
- Operating and maintaining GMP equipment as per SOP’s and work instructions.
- Sampling and dispensing of materials and flavour standards.
- Production batch blending.
- Manually filling and packaging of GMP capsules using torpacs and blister machines.
- Secondary packing and labelling of finished product and intermediates.
- GMP room closure, including high level cleaning, process reconciliation and documentation closure.
- Responsible for the cleaning of all equipment, logbook updates and storage.
- Ensuring all documentation is peer reviewed and closed out as per local KPI’s.
- Area audits, action generation and close out.
- At all times, adopt a safe behaviour by exercising due regard for the health and safety of yourself, colleagues and clients, in line with the Company’s policies and procedures.
- Maintaining and ordering PPE, consumables and production floor stock.

**Qualifications**:
You must have a Secondary level education, particularly in English, Maths and Science or if you have NVQ or equivalent in food or GMP pharmaceutical production processing
