**Nightshift Cleaning Team Leader**

Location: Lifescan, Inverness

Rate of pay - £ 10.61

Overtime Rate - 1.5 after 42.11 hours worked

Working hours: 42.11, 4 Nights on, 4 Nights Off

Your new role:
**About the role**:

- To ensure, in conjunction with line management, that adequate staffing levels are maintained and organise daily workloads, ensuring fair distribution of tasks.
- To provide adequate supervision and instruction on a nightly basis, reporting instances of lateness, excessive breaks or incomplete shifts to Line management.
- To carry out routine and ad hoc domestic duties as required in support of Lifescan employees to ensure compliance with performance standards. These duties include the cleaning of all areas as directed, offices and all associated meeting rooms, training suites and operational areas required through contractual services.
- To operate at all times with safe working practices with due regard to Health and Safety regulations, COSHH, Control of Infection, waste disposal, etc in accordance with legislative requirements and policies and procedures of RFM
- To respond to all helpdesk calls during working hours and make effective reports of faults found to be reported to the helpdesk in turn.

**About you**:
We’re looking for someone with experience of commercial cleaning, together with good customer care skills. You’ll also need a knowledge of Health and Safety best practices and COSHH regulations, lots of initiative and the confidence to work on your own.
