At EnVisage Dentistry Possilpark, we are a hard-working, ambitious team in a 3-surgery practice located within the state-of-the-art Possilpark health centre; 10 minutes by car, from Glasgow’s West end with quick access to the M8.We are looking for the perfect Practice Lead to join us on a full-time basis. Dental nurse qualification and GDC registration is required.

Our team is committed to providing first-class service across our full range of NHS and private dental treatments. We offer a variety of general and cosmetic dentistry, from check-ups to orthodontics or implants. We also offer a range of facial aesthetic treatments across our dental team. As our patients and dental team are our absolute top priority, we have invested in the best ventilation systems possible to keep everyone safe.

There is no such thing as a boring day at our practice as you will have the opportunity to work with a range of patients on different cases. Our dental team is constantly looking for ways to improve their skills, and you will have the opportunity to grow with us. After all, our team makes our practice the success it is, and we are proud to offer our team the opportunity to grow and excel in their careers.

In addition to this, we have a top-notch marketing executive who works with each practice to promote the fantastic work we do. Whether it’s updating posters, social media posts, or advertising new treatments that we offer, help is always on hand and tailored to the strengths of each practice.

Our commitment to patient care also extends to our team. We are proud to work alongside counselling and therapy charity Mind Mosaic to help broaden our understanding of mental health and support our team. We understand life can be stressful, so we want to ensure our team has access to support if required. Many of our team have also taken part in mental health first aid training that helps us support each other and helps give us the advantage of having honed our skills to work with anxious patients and provide the best experience possible.

There are six EnVisage dental practices located across the central belt. So not only will you work closely with your practice team, but you’ll get the opportunity to work with the surrounding EnVisage and management teams to achieve our patient-centred goals as we strive to be the go-to practice for the local area.
