We are currently seeking a meticulous Cleaner to join our team. The Cleaner will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in designated areas. The position requires attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and follow specific instructions as shown on a cleaning specification to ensure a pristine environment.

Cleaning to be carried out for 4 hours per visit, Monday to Friday, cleaning from 6pm to 8am. There is also an additional 2.5 hours over the weekend.

**Duties**:

- Perform cleaning tasks efficiently and to a high standard in various areas such as office spaces, meeting rooms, toilets, and kitchens.
- Utilize appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment effectively to achieve optimal results.
- Demonstrate professionalism and courtesy while cleaning, especially when clients are present.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred.
- Knowledge of various cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Ability to work independently and show initiative in handling tasks.
- Strong communication skills to interact with team members and clients effectively.
- Proficiency in English is required for clear communication.
- Valid driver's license for potential transportation needs.

Two working references are essential for this role.
