Belton Park Golf Club are seeking to employ reliable, customer focused Cook to join our team and assist with the running our kitchen. This is an excellent job opportunity for Cook who wants to work with one of the UK’s finest golf clubs in the East Midlands. Offering an hourly rate up to £15.00 per hour depending on skills and experience plus benefits including a pension scheme and food and drink during shifts.

The purpose of the role is to prepare and present various food dishes to a high standard and to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while assisting with food cost controls.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the daily production, quality control, kitchen management and food ordering within set budgets.
- Have valued input in menu development and suggesting improvements where you see fit.
- Assist with supervising catering and special events and help lead a small team.
- Restocking prepped food as necessary to business needs and reporting all wastage.
- Ensure the kitchen hygiene standards comply with food hygiene law and that all surfaces in the area are fully cleaned down before finishing the shift.

**Hours of Work**

This is a Part-time, permanent position working on a shift rota basis which includes weekends & evenings.

**About the Club**

Belton Park Golf Club _(founded in 1890)_ is one of the finest golf courses in the East Midlands with 27 challenging and attractive holes set in 240 acres of Parkland in the heart of Lincolnshire. Enjoy superb views of the local National Trust landscape and see an abundance of wildlife including fallow deer which roam the course.
