role requirements: part time, saturday and sunday 9am - 5:30pm at £12.66 per hour
You will be responsible for leading the team that covers business transactions to clients. This involves, ensuring correct procedures are followed, deadliness are met, work is delegated correctly and administration standards are adhered to (including updatingdatabases, collecting data and creating reports). You must be fully engaged with the role in order to successfully motivate your team towards goals and targets and have a good working knowledge of the developments in your area.
- Have experience of (or can quickly grasp) computer/business systems - mainly ERP
- Developed use of excel/word/PowerPoint
- Setting performance targets for the team, motivating and leading them to succeed
- Identifying and understanding areas of improvement in your area/ department
- be able to manage small budgets
- Have experience in Joint ventures
- a business arrangement in which two or more parties agree to pool their resources for the purpose of accomplishing a specific task.
Salary and benefits:

- The salary for this role is £12.66 an hour, and OT is available,
