Team Leader

You'll have responsibility for providing high levels of customer service and working closely with Assistant Delivery Managers to help a team of front-line staff to deliver excellence.
Key tasks include:
- Ensuring works are completed on time and to the highest standards and make improvements where needed, especially in areas devoid of features
- Updating jobs on handheld devices accordingly to each site covered. The system we use is Total Mobile
- To be the first point of contact and to be available for job updates
- Oversee and take responsibility of allocated vehicle, carry out all checks, ensuring the vehicle is emptied every day
- Grass cutting using powered machinery, mechanical tools and manual equipment.
- Soft landscaping, maintenance of shrub and flower beds, repairs - including the preparation of ground, seeding and relaying of turfs.
- Tree works such as inspection, pruning and lopping of dangerous or damaged trees.
- Salting or snow clearance of pathways in line with our snow policy
Skills Required:
- Full UK Driving Licence
