Job description
Rigford, a construction and property services company based in London and the South East are recruiting for a **full time, exceptionally experienced and professional multi skilled operative position** to cover Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire. Works will be carried out on supported living properties with vulnerable residents. The role will involve a 40 hour working week with the option of paid overtime.
Rigford is a young developing company with major growth plans planned over the coming years. Since our start up we have been awarded consistent works in the social housing sector with clients which include local authorities, housing associations and many more. We are a small personable family run business.
Organizational and communication skills are essential.
Experience;
Driving license is essential
Own core tool kit is essential
Salary;
£28,000 - £32,000 depending on experience and terms
