Through 2023 our associates will take the hotels product and service offering to the next level as we undergo an exciting renovation program that targets every area of the hotel. This position is offered on a casual basis under a zero hours contract. Working hours may vary and will be offered depending on the needs of the business. This flexible arrangement allows both the organisation and the post holder to respond to changing operational requirements.

**Job Summary**
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools, including the dish washing machine, hand wash stations pot-scrubbing station, and trash compactor.
- Wash and disinfect kitchen and store room areas, tables, tools, knives, and equipment. Receive deliveries, store perishables properly, and rotate stock.
- Empty and maintain bins.
- Clean and mop all areas in assigned departments.
- Break down cardboard boxes and place them and other recyclables in the recycle bin.
- Follow instruction as per Executive Head Chef and Sous Chefs.
