Absolute Executive Search are delighted to be partnered with a well established Wealth Consultancy Company who are looking for an Accountant to join them at this exciting time of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure all finance functions and accounting records are maintained and management accounts prepared in a timely manner.
- Prepare CIS and VAT returns where required ensuring these are submitted on time.
- Undertake all prime entry bookkeeping tasks.
- Maintain all fixed asset registers, ledgers and control accounts accurately.
- Undertake credit control if required.
- Produce statutory accounts with supporting year-end files where required for internal and external audit review.
- Prepare regular reports not limited to actual v budget cost summaries and profit forecasts.
- Administer all payments runs to the required frequency culminating in a weekly bank reconciliation.

Key Requirements:

- AAT qualified, qualified by experience, is recently qualified or nearly qualified.

Ideally worked within a practice or audit environment.

Good experience of VAT and knowledge of CIS would be advantageous.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Tactful,diplomatic and professional in approach.

Good IT skills, in particular good knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Able to work on your own or as part of a time.

Flexible working will be offered after successful completion of probation.
