Location: London - Hybrid (3 days per week on site)

We’re looking for a Recruiter to join an established high-performing team, working within the Financial Services industry, with a focus on Technology hires.

**How you’ll shape the future of talent**
- Own the entire end to end recruitment lifecycle
- Partner closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to deliver a best-in-class recruitment process
- Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies in challenging markets to ensure a continuous talent pipeline
- Provide guidance and counsel beyond the recruitment process, advising on market insights, trends, and competitor movements
- Promote DE&I initiatives through ongoing networking, process improvement, and education

**You’ll be someone who can bring**
- Technology Recruitment experience, including full cycle recruiting experience working closely with hiring managers filling time sensitive roles in a fast-paced, highly competitive industry
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling you to build and sustain strong relationships
- Your personal brand is grounded in communication, partnership, and integrity
- Strong time management and organisational skills as well as good judgement around prioritising tasks in a busy environment
- A keen understanding of business needs, be in and around people regularly to solidify relationships and partnerships; consultative by nature
- Your objectives will be to ensure a streamlined turn around delivering operational excellence at all stages of the process
