**Do you have a current, clean driving licence for 7.5 tonne lorries? Are you experienced to safely drive vans, lorries and forklift trucks? Are you looking for guaranteed hours and permanent work? Can you work evenings and weekends?**

We are looking for an experienced driver to carry out the movement of materials, scenery, and technical equipment from and to our stores, scenic workshops, theatres, rehearsal rooms and other premises in Stratford-upon-Avon and London.

This position is offered as a full-time, permanent role, working 44 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.

Duties and responsibilities include:

- Supporting Managers in planning the movement of items to and from the workshops, stores, theatres, office, and rehearsal rooms
- Carrying out pick-ups and deliveries of materials and equipment
- Handling, loading, and transporting scenery, lighting, sound, and other equipment
- Being aware of the multiple transportation needs of the production schedules
- Ensuring equipment is used in a safe manner
- Ensuring the vehicles are used correctly and maintained

To be suitable for this role, you must have:

- A clean current driver's licence for 7.5 tonne lorries
- Experience and ability to safely drive vans, lorries and ideally forklift trucks
- The flexibility to work evenings and weekends

The post is based at our Scenic Workshops on Timothy's Bridge Road in Stratford-upon-Avon and includes regular travel to our rehearsal rooms in Clapham.

If you don't have a current forklift truck licence, we would be willing to support with training to achieve this.
