Established in East Yorkshire in the 1940’s, Fairburns Group Limited is a privately owned, Total Electrical, Mechanical & Building Services company, providing a wide range of electrical mechanical services to the construction, commercial, marine and manufacturingindustries.

**Electrical Supervisor - **The Role:
We have an immediate opening for an Electrical Supervisor to run contracts for our Electrical, Mechanical & Building Services company.

**Electrical Supervisor - **Key Responsibilities:

- Quoting / Estimating of jobs based on technical drawings, specifications & site visits
- Health & Safety RAMS production
- Site Management including site audits & progress reporting to insure progress in line with project requirements
- Managing costs to ensure project comes in on target
- Managing engineers, sub-contractors to assign labour to projects & suppliers to ensure materials are programmed & delivered on time
- Dealing with clients to ensure client satisfaction
- Managing all aspects of the job from initial contact to completion & payment

**Electrical Supervisor**:

- Key Requirements:

- Relevant industry technical qualifications for Commercial & Industrial Electrical Services
- Health & Safety knowledge
- Valid driver’s license
- Efficient management skills to program & manage workloads
- Reading & understanding drawings & specifications
- Carrying out quotations
- Good written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, dedicated, reliable, organized, and capable of multi tasking
- Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
- Computer literate
