** This position is for a Gardener (ideally full time, Mon-Fri approx 9am-5pm).** (We are also looking for a basic garden labourer too).

We are looking for someone (x2 ops) to join our friendly team, predominantly working under the supervision of the head gardener. We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic & dependable individuals who are willing & able to commit to us as we continue to grow our current client base of over 100+ regular, high-end, coastal clients & properties. We will support you along the way.

Main responsibilities are:
** Planting & pruning, hedge cuts, weeding, mowing, strimming & lawn care,**

Some woodland work, pressure washing, & other basic labouring (landscaping, big cut backs & clearances) may well be required at times. You will need to be fit & strong to be able to carry this work out on a daily basis.

** Gardening experience is fairly essential****:
** A driving license is essential, as is the ability to travel to & from work each day.**

** You need to be able to work in a team but also comfortably on your own if required & you should be able to follow instructions & remain professional at all times including around owners or rental guests.**

We are growing & have a large number of high end, private clients & gardens. Many of the gardens are well stocked and so need lots of weeding, pruning, tidying & general gardening work, on a regular basis, so this is way beyond just mowing & strimming.

** If you do not have the basic experience & skill sets we need for this position - you are unlikely to be contacted for an interview.**

We want & need someone to commit to us now & to grow with us into the future with a varied set of works daily, across numerous, beautiful, coastal properties & gardens. We have a lovely team of bright & friendly people & we are like family, we aim to enjoy every day.

**Work will be on a Self-Employed basis** (for at least the first year), we essentially work Mon-Fri, approx 9am-5pm (varies). We start out from the yard & office in St Minver & almost all our properties are less than 5-10mins away / apart.

**Job Types**: Part-time / Full-time

Starting Salary: £10.00-£15.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
