Here at Cornwall’s largest Care provider, we have an Internal Agency known as Flexicare. It provides all the benefits Cornwall Care has to offer but with the option of monthly, annualised or zero hours, it is up to you. We have shifts available 24 hours a day 7 days a week, but don’t worry there is no pressure for you to pick up more than you wish or travel further than you are comfortable with.
The more areas you are able to cover the more work we have available. With 13 Care Homes and our Homecare services based throughout Cornwall you never have to travel far to pick up a shift with Cornwall Care. What We Offer You: We offer a whole host of benefits. As Part of our team you will enjoy: - Shifts picked up via our handy internal app with a calendar displaying which shifts are available in what areas.
Simply pick the shift to suit you at the touch of a button and the shift is yours. - Accrued holidays - paid time off - Paid mileage - 0.45p per mile or public transport costs covered. - Free uniform and DBS check - Shopping discounts with high street retailers and local suppliers - Refer a friend bonus programme - earn up to £300.00 extra for simply recommending a friend.
- Support available 7 days a week until 10pm at night should you require any support whilst working. - Annual leave - Choose when to take your accrued annual leave allowance weekly or monthly. In additional, there are excellent progression opportunities and full support readily available. We pride ourselves on helping you to achieve your NVQ’s.

What you will do: - Assist and enable clients with their personal care needs. - Assist and enable a client with eating and drinking as well as undertaking general day-to-day activities as required. - Follow, regularly keep up-to-date and understand the person’s plan of care and risk assessments.
