*Working Hours - Monday-Friday - 8:00am-5:00pm
*Company - Major Player in the facilities management sector.
*What you get in return - £48,000 + Progression + Training & Overtime. Overtime.
*Estimated Earnings - £55,000 + per annum
A well-established facilities maintenance provider who are renowned for their staff retention and prestigious contracts are currently recruiting for a Senior Support Engineer to work on one of their flagship contracts in Cambridge.
This reputable company are big believers in promoting staff internally and are currently looking to add a strong Senior Support Engineer to their team.
Main responsibilities.
*To provide process and engineering compliance across the Client hard services building portfolio
*Act as a process ambassador establishing effective change control processes, BIM accuracy and data capture, business continuity plans, energy reduction initiatives and coordination of critical assets, including asset management of new and redundant assetswithin the EAM CAFM system.
General works would include PPMS & Reactive Maintenance.
Applicants must have an equivalent to a Level 2 or 3 City & Guilds in electrical
installations & 18th edition.
*Annual leave: 25 days pa
*Death in service (2x multiplier) after probation
*Auto enrol pension (salary sacrifice) - 5% EE, 4% ER
*Perkbox after probation
