RG Consultancy are working with a well known, reputable retailer based at their head office in Blackpool. Our client are looking for an ambitious, experienced purchase ledger clerk to join their fast paced finance team. The company are offering flexiblehours and part/full time working.

You will report directly to the companies finance manager and work in a team of 8.

Duties will include:

- Processing a high volume of invoices (approx 1000 per week)
- Purchase ledger invoice coding and posting
- Following up VAT invoices
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Filing processed invoices
- Liaising with the finance team in other aspects of finance
- Supporting the company with a new systems implementation
- Experience with processing high volume invoices
- Strong attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft excel
