We need someone who.... - Can work flexible hours 5 days out of 7 with occasional weekends - Is very computer literate and is open to learning new computer software - rota schedules, recruitment software etc - Can work independently and manage their time effectively - Is super organised and happy to work from a handover - Has experience in the hospitality industry - Is happy liaising with staff members, clients and colleagues confidently - Is happy taking Zoom, Teams and video calls when required with clients, staff and colleagues - Is a nice person Your main role will be to aid and support the day to day running of Staff 86 Limited when it comes to allocating shifts and updating clients on a regular basis. Some of the duties involved with your role are: - Sending out shift reconfirmations on a daily basis - Sending rotas and making clients aware of name changes on their rotas - Organising transport for staff to get to and from work safely - Informing staff who they are working with and where to report to - Help develop induction material for casual employees and management of training programs. - Liaison with Casual workers to co-ordinate working patterns and shifts. - Deliver high standards of customer service and client management. - To promote the business positively and assist in the business development. - Help authorise timesheets and chase timesheets that haven't been sent in - Assist in signing off all payroll on a weekly basis. - Help effectively manage the logistics, transport, and expenses of all bookings when this is required, including but not limited to, flights, trains, mileage, and accommodation. - Allocate shifts to appropriately trained employees for all events whilst also considering financial suitability. - Responsibility for signing staff in/out of all shifts. - Acting as Staffing liaison point. - To identify skill gaps and address training needs where required. - To record all absences and \"late\" shift starts, informing clients in advance so they know who to expect and when to expect them **86 Socials** - It's not all work and no play. We have monthly Socials that you are welcome to get involved with, these include activities such as Running, Quiz Nights, Gaming, Pool/Snooker, etc. We're always more than happy to help facilitate the creation of a new '86 Social' and love hearing your suggestions, maybe you can head up a new 86 Social with help from the wider 86 team.
