**About The Role**:
The key responsibility of this role is to coordinate and oversee the delivery of the Asset Risk programmes required to meet the strategic goals and operational priorities of the function and wider business. The role will embed and deliver an effective approach to managing these programmes in conjunction with the Chief Asset Risk Officer, Leadership Teams and wider 3rd parties.

Reporting into the Economic Capital and Data Products Manager, you will have the following responsibilities.
- Manage the overarching alignment of the Asset Risk delivery programme against the strategic goals and metrics for MO and Asset Risk
- Embed and coordinate a management plan for each programme, providing end to end visibility of the governance, deliverables, timelines and outcomes
- Ensure all programme interdependencies are identified and managed in conjunction with key stakeholders and milestones
- Implement the monitoring & reporting for all programmes against operational milestones and strategic objectives in conjunction with the Programme Leads
- Identify risks & issues, develop mitigating options with Programme Leads, and present solutions and impact assessments to the wider SLT
- Ensure Asset Risk and wider stakeholders have buy in to the delivery of the programme roadmap
- Develop collaborative and enduring relationships with the SLT, Programme Leads and relevant stakeholders

Minimum Criteria:

- Strong demonstrable experience of successfully overseeing the implementation of multiple programmes in alignment with broader strategic objectives
- Strong demonstrable experience of managing and communicating to multiple stakeholder groups in the successful delivery of projects / programmes
- Effective experience of operating different project styles (e.g. agile) and influencing stakeholder behaviour to ensure practices are adopted
- Effective experience of identifying, developing and implementing successful solutions to mitigate risks and issues
- Effective experience of working in a matrix management working environment with the ability to challenge and set stretching and achievable outcomes
