If you relate to all those, then a large SEN school in Reading, Berkshire are looking for ECTs or experienced class teachers to work as a classroom teacher, to educate and support the needs, some complex, of students in the classroom.

The children within this school may have a diagnosis ranging from ASD to ADHD and Mental Health needs such as anxiety, depression or recovering from trauma.

In this teaching position, you could really make a difference to the lives of children, be a consistent support to their education and provide them with a trusting adult relationship.

The role will include:

- Permanent contract
- SEN focused classroom Teacher
- Reading Berkshire location
- The ability to design and deliver engaging and creative lesson plans
- Management of classroom Learning Support Assistant
- MPS/UPS
- Passionate, resilient and empathetic personality a must have
- Further training and development provided including safeguarding and ASD
- Good communication skills

For an ECT applying, you will be given a mentor from SLT to help ensure you have a successful induction and career at the school. More experienced teachers applying, there will be opportunities to grow and personally develop your skillset.
