**Mortgage & Protection Adviser - Salford, Manchester**

**Employed role £30k - £35k + car allowance and bonus, OTE circa £75,000**

We currently have an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Mortgage and Protection Adviser to join a long established and extremely successful financial advice firm in the Salford and Greater Manchester area.

As an employed mortgage and protection adviser, you will benefit from an existing client bank with pre-qualified leads and will be part of a quality focused and forward-thinking team, making this a rare and attractive opportunity. This role is an opportunityto work within one of Salford’s premier Estate Agency branches.

In this role you will provide a client focussed service and resolve client enquiries in accordance with department policy and procedures. You’ll be working on pre-qualified mortgage advice appointments with a dedicated in-house processor and support infrastructureto enable you to focus on giving the best advice to clients.

You’ll have a starting salary of up to circa £30k - £35k per annum depending on skills, qualifications, and experience, with a £5k car allowance on top of that. With realistic on target earnings (OTE) of circa £70,000 to £75,000 p.a. through a performance-basedbonus scheme.

This role is well suited to an experienced Mortgage Adviser who would like to work autonomously and flexibly but with the support of an adept team of advisers, administrative staff, strong business infrastructure and with a client bank provided.Additionally,you’ll benefit from being part of a loyal and dedicated team who truly support and encourage each other, allowing you to reach your full potential as an adviser.

**The Role**:
You’ll be providing mortgage and protection advice solutions that meet customers’ needs. You’ll be working with an established and loyal client base and will receive regular pre-qualified leads daily.

**About you**:
You will come to this role with demonstrable experience working as a Mortgage and Protection adviser, providing advice to clients in respect of their mortgage and protection needs. Preferably from an Estate Agency based background.

You will have CeMAP, or an equivalent qualification as well as having competent adviser status (CAS), but most importantly, you will be driven to achieve the best outcome for your clients, to establish long standing relationships and to provide an outstandingservice at all times.
