**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and positive first impression.
- Assist with seating arrangements and manage reservations effectively.
- Provide menu information and recommendations, answering any questions guests may have.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all details are communicated to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, adhering to food safety standards throughout the process.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, chairs, and serving stations.
- Handle cash and card transactions responsibly, ensuring accuracy in billing.
- Assist with catering events as required, showcasing flexibility in various service settings.

**Skills**
- Previous experience in catering, restaurant or hospitality environments is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests and team members alike.
- Bartending skills would be an advantage but are not mandatory; willingness to learn is appreciated.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.

- Night shift

Work days:

- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
