**Location: Llandudno**

**Pay: £11.44 per hour**

**Hours**: Ad-hoc, part time and flexible. The hours you work and how you plan your days is your choice.

Mitchell Stephenson, a leading Field Marketing Agency, are seeking Field Merchandisers in Llandudno and surrounding areas.

Our reps work on established accounts within high street retailers managing an array of products such as greetings cards, gift wrap, paint.

We currently call on retailers such as Waitrose, John Lewis, The Range, Tesco, B&M and Garden Centres. Calls are weekly, fortnightly and monthly and the visit time varies dependent on what is required to be completed in store.

**What will you do as Field Merchandiser?**
- Carry out store visits on their scheduled visit week.
- Ensure our clients have the correct space & visibility in store.
- Replenish shelves and carry out audits in stores, as and when requested following our details brief.
- Create strong relationships with store staff members and managers.
- Drive sales by negotiating additional displays and increasing stock orders.
- Inform the retailers on any brand activity, news, and exciting new products.

**Applicants must**:

- Have some experience within a retail background
- Be organised and able to complete the store visits within their scheduled window
- Have access to a device such as a smartphone to allow the capture of photos and data for the Client
- Have a full clean driving license with own vehicle or reliable public transport to access all stores within the area of work

**How do you join us?**

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract
