We’ll provide full training for the role, along with leadership development as part of your apprenticeship. Our Team Leaders come from all walks of life, but they all share a commitment to supporting their teams and leading safe, smooth-running shifts.

At DP World Minworth, our Team Leader apprentices play a key role in supporting the smooth running of our production-based logistics operation. With multiple departments working together to meet hourly, daily, and weekly targets, strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration are essential to our success.

As an apprentice, you’ll receive full training for your role, along with dedicated leadership development as part of your apprenticeship. You’ll have the opportunity to take on real team leader responsibilities—such as coordinating tasks, supporting colleagues, and contributing to a safe, efficient, and productive work environment.

This is a fantastic opportunity to build your leadership skills in a fast-paced, dynamic setting. With ongoing support and development, you’ll also have clear progression opportunities to grow into a permanent team leader role and beyond within our organisation.

Apprenticeships are a great opportunity to earn whilst you learn. Upon successful completion of our apprenticeship programmes, you will receive a recognised qualification. Working as part of our team at DP World will teach you to take responsibility in a working environment and how to be independent in your tasks.

Pay: £26,748.00 per year
