Allstaff Office division are seeking a temporary customer service administrator to work with our well established client during their busiest time of the year. The daily tasks involve the following;
- Daily interaction with Customers.
- Order processing
- Booking Transport
- Photocopying and Filing
- Communication with Internal Departments.
- Ensuring the highest level of customer service is attained.
- Undertake of a wide range of administrative tasks.
- Provide and maintain efficient and effective administrative support to the business.
- Escalation point for Customer queries.
- Provide daily reports/updates to customers.
- To carry out any other administrative task as advised by the administration supervisor and other senior management.

The hours of work are 8am till 5 pm Mon - Fri with 1 hour for lunch.

Allstaff is operating as an Employment Business for the supply of temporary staff, engaging and paying workers directly and supplying to a client who will manage the worker in the course of their work.

**Job Types**: Fixed term contract, Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 4 months

**Salary**: £10.00-£11.00 per hour
