**Key Purpose**

Support Enra’s Product function to provide senior stakeholders and sales teams with accurate competitor analysis and recommendations for product and criteria development so that the business achieves the very best possible balance between market position,sales revenues, and profitability.

Develop a thorough understanding of our lending propositions, products and target markets. Evaluate our products and compare them to those offered by our competitors. Collate, maintain, and produce to an agreed schedule of competitor product and criteriaanalysis, while making recommendations for enhancements.

Maintain good product governance, ensuring that our product literature & documentation is up-to-date, accurate, compliant, and well-presented for external consumption.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Prepare and maintain, to an agreed schedule and format, accurate competitor pricing and criteria analysis.
- Provide an overview of competitor analysis, highlighting key points to note along with your recommendations for change to our own propositions.
- Ensure our products and criteria are accurately displayed on sourcing systems and in broker facing materials i.e. product guide, website.
- Develop strong relationships with sourcing systems with a view to optimising how our propositions are presented.
- Stay up to date with market moves via market press and socials.
- Complete product governance activities to maintain product compliance

**Skills & Competencies**
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Inquiring mind with the ability to retain and recount information.
- Ability to present complex information in a clear and interesting way.
- Experience in a similar role, ideally in financial services.

**Knowledge & Qualifications**
- Minimum of 5 GCSE’s grade C or above.
- Experience in a similar role would be advantageous but is not required
