An exciting opportunity has arisen for two Lead Generation Executives with excellent tele communication skills to join our highly successful sales team based at our Glasgow head office.

We are looking for a highly enthusiastic and confident communicators who will be comfortable in a direct lead generation telesales role. Your primary function will be generating and confirming qualified sales leads and appointments over the phone to pass onto our field sales team - please be aware this is not a call centre role you will be an integral part of a small team, working closely with our regional Sales Director and team of Sales Executives to achieve our ongoing sales development goals. You will be a natural communicator and comfortable in all aspects of maintaining excellent customer relationships on behalf of the NCS. As an effective Lead Generation Executive, you will have great communication skills and the initiative to ask the right questions, think flexibly and develop rapport over the phone. You will be comfortable introducing products or services over the phone as well as dealing with objections and overcoming any challenges that may arise during your call.
**Responsibilities**:
- Approach existing and prospective customers, to present and promote our products.
- Offer advice on our various products/services and answer any questions that arise.
- Set up appointments for field sales executives
- Use initiative, ask the right questions to understand customer requirements and generate qualified sales leads.
- Keep the prospect/customer records updated within the CRM system.
**Required skills/attributes**:
- Self-motivated and can work independently or in a team.
- Results driven, with a willingness to work to targets and rise to a challenge.
- Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role.
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. Office 365, CRM).
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident proficiency in objection handling.
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues.
- Although not essential experience in B2B telecoms is desirable, however full ongoing training will be provided.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
